Philosophy and Vision
Harmonize Family Services Ltd, is a group home dedicated to helping families with kids with disabilities receive the best care and support. We are a group of dedicated individuals focused and committed to providing care. Our team is made up of nurses, Social workers and personal support workers who have the experience to tackle any situation with compassion, care and utmost professionalism.
We are a group of nurses who have over 20 years of experience together. We are able to receive medically vulnerable children. We have previous experience in hospital, community and clinic settings. Our experience spans from children and adults with brain injury, FASD, developmental and learning delays, autism, trauma both mentally and physically, or children with feeding tubes. Together we have multiple hours of continuing education that keeps us current and at best practice.
Our home is located in north Edmonton close to many services, schools, main stations and malls. We are proud to be part of the community we serve and have the privilege to provide a range of professional services that may suit your family. It is through this community and family centered approach that we serve our mission that all youth and children have a right to a safe and healthy environment.
